Crisis Services
Authentic Alliance clinicians are not available for crisis services. However, please do call or message your therapist to let them know you are having a hard time. They can call you back during normal business hours.
Lyra Health patients can also call Lyra's crisis number: 877-505-7147.
Most services are available 24 hours a day and welcome you to call if you are feeling like harming yourself, another person or are in a crisis. You can also chat or text during the hours listed for support.
You can walk into any emergency room if you are having a mental health emergency.
