She/Her
Authentic Alliance Owner
Clinical Director and Mental Health Clinician
Many of my clients find relief from long-term anxiety, depression and issues with work-life balance. That work may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Having practiced at mental health clinics, I have specialized experience working with people who have depression and bipolar disorder. Over the years I have become an integrative therapist, creating a holistic approach to fit your needs. I've been a trauma and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist for over twenty-five years and ran an evidence-based trauma therapy group for seven years. Over my 25+ year career, my passion has been providing care to the gender diverse community, LGBTQIA individuals, their parents and loved ones.
Bilingual in the Spanish language (Yo hablo español), I am committed to providing culturally competent care to BIMPOC* clients, neurodivergent people, and disabled folks.
